The McArabia Sandwich comes in two varieties: grilled chicken or grilled kofta (spiced beef). Whichever type you choose, the sandwich always comes with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and garlic-mayo wrapped in pita bread.
The Recette Moutarde (Morocco)

McMollete (Mexico)
This famous Mexican snack is given a good ‘ol McDonald’s twist with the mollete served on two English muffin halves topped with refried beans, melted American cheese, and a generous serving of salsa.
